Fullmetal Alchemist (鋼 の 錬金術 師, Hagane no Renkinjutsushi?, Lit. "The Alchemist of Steel, also known as Full Metal Alchemist, FMA or Hagaren, abbreviated in Japanese) is a manga series written and illustrated by Hiromu Arakawa. His first anime adaptation was directed by Seiji Mizushima and the second by Yasuhiro Irie. The world of Fullmetal Alchemist is a steampunk style, similar to after the European Industrial Revolution. In this fictional universe in which alchemy is one of the most advanced scientific techniques known to man, the story centers on the brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric, who want to restore their bodies through the Philosopher's Stone after a failed attempt resurrect their mother through alchemy.
The manga was first published in August 2001 by the publisher Square Enix, the Japanese magazine Shonen Gangan monthly and comprises to date 24 volumes collected tankōbon.

i was reading about this anime and i get something funny : the fans hates some characters "rose" and "noah" (the antagonists)the fans say that they are really bad, so i thing that the bad things made for rose and noah makes the story more interesting... do you agree? or desagree?
